B.I.C Services Pty. Limited was established on the 1st of February 1989. Its Management Team has accumulated over 400 years experience in the cleaning industry and are responsible for the delivery of cleaning, hygiene and maintenance services to over 800 commercial office and industrial sites throughout Australia.

In its years of operation B.I.C Services has been able to win the trust and confidence of many notable clients. We attribute this success to a multi-tiered management network which focuses on personalised service and which always places the good will of the Company's stakeholders ahead of good profits.

B.I.C Services now employs over 1700 permanent staff.

B.I.C Services is a leader in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility, ensuring that its corporate direction is consistent with the continual improvement of environmental and social sustainability.  We are members of the Green Building Council of Australia, the Property Council of Australia, the Building Services Contractors Association of Australia and accredited in the highest rank within every major Government Body.

B.I.C Services' activities are guided by our Environmental Management System, Quality Assurance System, and our Work Cover accredited Occupational Health & Safety System. We are also a Quality Endorsed Company with Standards Australia (License Number 5154), certifying our systems to International Standard ISO 9001:2000.

B.I.C Services provides a 24 hour, 7 days per week service which covers every aspect of Cleaning, Hygiene and Maintenance Services.

All B.I.C Services' cleaning staff are Federal Police and DIMIA Security Cleared. They are fully uniformed, display photographic identification and are comprehensively covered by Workers Compensation and Public Liability insurances.
